Performing at festivals, parties and events makes my heart
happy since I get to share the love of hooping and hopefully will inspire others to try it. I especially enjoy getting the crowd to participate. I have performed at Festival in the Park, First Night Charlotte, Matthews Alive Festival, Strawberry Festival and many other events.

I teach both children and adults of all levels the fun
adventure of hooping. I have an afterschool Hula-Hoop Kid Fit Class that I teach at private and publics schools throughout Charlotte Mecklenburg. I also offer private and semi-private small group classes. I bring hoops of various sizes
with me – so you don’t need anything to get started.

Hi Cara, Do you offer classes? If so, when and where are they? Were you at the Carrboro Hoops Workshop in May. My daugther, Mera Tarble, was there. Did you by chance meet her? She lives in New Mexico and is quite a hooper as well!
Martha, Yes – In fact I’m doing a free class tonight at LuLuLemon. I also teach at the YMCA and give private classes for individuals and small groups. I also enjoy doing improv lessons at festivals. Yes I went to Hoop Convergence! Wow – it was wonderful. I’m not sure if I met Mera; I was only able to stay 1 night. Thanks for connecting with me.
